The After Hours pop-up by Scoop Creamery is a dining experience built on flavors pulled from a nostalgic Bahraini childhood. Up front, the creamery holds Scoop's world exactly as it is: raspberry red, floor to ceiling, colour drenched and impossible to miss. 

A hidden door gives way to something else: the After Hours lounge in moody olive, artwork mounted low against the walls, rusty booths lining the room. 

Further in, the mood drops one more time: low light, deep burgundy, a stainless steel table built for sixteen, black-and-white film clips projected quietly against the wall, a memory none of the guests have, but recognise anyway. Three rooms, three registers, and only one door most people would ever think to walk through.
