Full Design & Fit-Out in collaboration with Dubai-based firm Interior Take Over.

We delivered the complete fit-out of this office for a growing tech company, translating the design into a fully realized space with strong attention to detail and finish.

Warm wooden flooring was introduced throughout to soften the corporate environment and create continuity across zones. Fluted glass partitions were used to define managerial offices and meeting rooms, allowing light to pass through while maintaining privacy.

Decorative pendant lighting was carefully selected to elevate key areas such as the boardroom and reception, adding visual interest without overpowering the overall aesthetic. In the open workspaces, bespoke linear lighting was developed to ensure consistency, rhythm, and a clean ceiling language across the floorplate.

Custom decorative floor tiles were produced locally for the staff canteen, adding texture and personality while grounding the space in subtle craftsmanship.

The result is an office that feels refined, cohesive, and forward-focused, while still warm and welcoming for the team.
